The role of a Sales Development Representative at MoEngage involves generating sales qualified opportunities and pipeline through a mix of outbound and inbound prospecting activities. This includes account mapping, sourcing qualified leads, and developing new business via telephone and mass communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the target market and be able to analyze and identify how MoEngage can solve prospects' engagement and retention challenges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and cultivating prospect relationships, working with the marketing team to convert inbound leads, and managing data for new and prospective clients in CRM. They will also work closely with the Sales Development Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.

Requirements for the role include a bachelor's degree, at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing remote environment. The ideal candidate will have strong listening, conversation, and presentation skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.
