About the Community Team

The community team plays a pivotal role in delivering a best-in-class member experience. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships, organizing events, and ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive first impression for our members and potential members.
  • Manage a junior team member, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Develop strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored experiences.
  • Assist in the smooth operation of the building, including administrative tasks and event management.
  • Respond promptly to member queries and issues, demonstrating a hospitality-centric approach.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives to enhance the member experience and building performance.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including email management and data updates.
  • Assist with meetings, events, and bookings, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain the appearance of our workspaces, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Manage member move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Engage with potential members and stakeholders, providing information and support to facilitate successful interactions.
  • Meet with members to resolve issues and provide support on building initiatives.
  • Deliver tours of our buildings, showcasing our spaces and services to members and stakeholders.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with:

5+ years of experience in a hospitality environment, with significant customer service experience.2+ years of experience in managing a team.Strong oral and written communication skills.A proactive approach to improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances.Enthusiasm for meeting and engaging with diverse stakeholders.Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
