We have established a strong presence in East London, with two buildings opened and two more in the pipeline. Our community is rapidly growing, with over 2,000 members and approximately 150,000 square feet of space.

About the Community Team
The community team plays a pivotal role in delivering a best-in-class member experience. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships, organizing events, and ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive first impression for our members and potential members.
- Manage a junior team member, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
- Develop strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored experiences.
- Assist in the smooth operation of the building, including administrative tasks and event management.
- Respond promptly to member queries and issues, demonstrating a hospitality-centric approach.
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives to enhance the member experience and building performance.
- Perform administrative tasks, including email management and data updates.
- Assist with meetings, events, and bookings, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain the appearance of our workspaces, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
- Manage member move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Engage with potential members and stakeholders, providing information and support to facilitate successful interactions.
- Meet with members to resolve issues and provide support on building initiatives.
- Deliver tours of our buildings, showcasing our spaces and services to members and stakeholders.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with:
5+ years of experience in a hospitality environment, with significant customer service experience.2+ years of experience in managing a team.Strong oral and written communication skills.A proactive approach to improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances.Enthusiasm for meeting and engaging with diverse stakeholders.Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Benefits
