**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an inspirational SEND Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our successful, happy and forward-thinking school in our SEND department.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting academically able students with SEND requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supporting teachers in the classroom to deliver high-quality education to students with SEND needs
- Developing and implementing individualized plans to meet the unique needs of students
- Providing emotional support and guidance to students with complex behaviors or needs
**Requirements:**
- Relevant teaching assistant experience in a SEND setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
