At Reed, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. This role involves providing cover across both Primary and Secondary phases of the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Lessons
  • Supporting Teaching Assistants
  • Adapting to Varying Needs

The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to adapt to the changing needs of the school at short notice, and committed to delivering high-quality education.

Requirements
  • GCSE grade C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant, particularly in environments with challenging behaviors
  • Knowledge of Restorative Approaches and Team Teach, or willingness to learn

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus SEN allowance.
