We are looking for compassionate and skilled individuals to join our team as Bank Residential Support Workers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who have been impacted by trauma.
As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with experienced professionals to provide holistic, family-oriented, therapeutic care. You will be responsible for contributing to children's therapeutic care plans, risk assessments, and reviews.
Additionally, you will help provide a safe, caring, and functioning family environment, including daily routines, meal preparation, and home cleanliness. You will also support children in their daily lives, including helping with daily routines and providing emotional support.
Competitive Hourly Rate: £18-£22 per hourOur competitive hourly rate reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining skilled and dedicated staff.
