Job Title: IT Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support and coordination of telephone calls and tickets to the Service Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and support the management support team to ensure that tickets are triaged promptly and within SLA
  • Support the Service Desk Manager
  • Ensure that reports for monitoring key support activity are run and appropriate actions are taken
  • Prompt escalation of client issues to the appropriate team
  • Review previous day's reporting and calls and identifying any issues
  • Produce and update new communication plans for new and existing clients as required
  • Assist and support the management support team with ad hoc Service Desk management when senior colleagues are on annual leave or absent
  • To coordinate the customer satisfaction survey feedback, organising information and identifying failures
  • General administrative tasks
Essential Experience:
  • Fantastic customer service and administration experience
  • Solid experience with MS Office packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Experience working with a ticketing system or call log system would be highly advantageous
  • A keen interest in the IT sector
