Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and dedicated Guest Relations Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. The successful candidate will support the Reception Manager and Guest Relations Manager, act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for guests, and create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere at the hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the Reception Manager and Guest Relations Manager to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
- Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for guests, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere at the hotel, ensuring that all guests feel valued and respected.
- Support the hotel's brand pillars of Legacy, Discovery, Innovation, and Community, promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
- Previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Knowledge of the hotel industry and its operations, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- 28 days annual leave (increasing to 33 days after 5 years' service).
