We are a luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Oxford, offering a unique and enchanting experience to our guests. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional guest service and creating lasting memories for our valued guests. We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Guest Relations Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay.

The Role

The Guest Relations Executive will support the Reception Manager and Guest Relations Manager, acting as a friendly and approachable point of contact for guests, and creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere at the hotel. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role within the hospitality industry and are keen to progress in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service and create lasting memories for valued guests
  • Support the Reception Manager and Guest Relations Manager in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
  • Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for guests
  • Create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere at the hotel
