About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Fundraising and Engagement to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering an effective fundraising growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the fundraising team and grow and diversify income across various income streams
  • Work with the Head of Finance to set budgets and forecasts and ensure each team member achieves their targets
  • Collaborate across the organisation to grow the charity's profile and engage beneficiaries and stakeholders
  • Implement an exceptional stewardship journey within the organisation
About You

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record of growing income and developing fundraising strategies. You will have extensive experience in the third sector, preferably across multiple income streams, and some experience of marketing and communications would be desirable. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to manage a team, including staff and volunteers, and have experience of forecasting and working towards financial targets.

This is a hybrid role with some time spent in the office in Bracknell and at the charity's specialist centre in Basingstoke. You will be a car driver and have access to a car.
