Community Fundraising Manager

Eden Brown Synergy is delighted to be partnering with Sebastian's Action Trust to recruit a Community Fundraising Manager to cover Hampshire, Berkshire, and surrounding areas.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Community Fundraising Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of fundraising initiatives, activities, and campaigns within the community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and stewarding relationships with third-party fundraisers, fundraising groups, schools, and sports club associations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a Community Fundraising plan to increase income and engagement within the community
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party fundraisers, fundraising groups, schools, and sports club associations
  • Lead the development and implementation of fundraising initiatives, activities, and campaigns within the community
  • Work closely with the Trust's Volunteer Co-ordinator to ensure that volunteers are recruited and engaged
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of appeals, such as the Christmas appeal

About You

We are looking for an experienced Community Fundraising Manager who has a proven track record of securing new income and building relationships within the community. You must have a driving licence and some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. If you have transferable skills and are looking to get into the charity sector, we would love to hear from you.
