Community Fundraising Manager

Eden Brown Synergy is delighted to be partnering with Sebastian's Action Trust to recruit a Community Fundraising Manager to cover Hampshire, Berkshire, and surrounding areas.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Fundraising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for building and stewarding relationships with third-party fundraisers, fundraising groups, schools, and sports club associations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fundraising initiatives, activities, and campaigns within the community
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party fundraisers, fundraising groups, schools, and sports club associations
  • Work closely with the Trust's Volunteer Co-ordinator to ensure that volunteers are recruited and engaged
  • Contribute to the development of a Community Fundraising plan and its implementation
  • Collaborate with the wider team on various appeals, including the Christmas appeal

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record of securing new income. You must have a driving licence and some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Experience in the third sector is desirable, but not essential. If you have transferable skills and are looking to get into the charity sector, then this role might be for you.
