About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Fundraising and Engagement to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering an effective fundraising growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the fundraising team and grow and diversify income across various income streams
  • Work with the Head of Finance to set budgets and forecasts and ensure each team member achieves their targets
  • Collaborate across the organisation to grow the charity's profile and engage beneficiaries and stakeholders
  • Implement an exceptional stewardship journey within the organisation
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record in fundraising and engagement. You will have extensive experience in the third sector, preferably across multiple income streams, and a proven ability to grow income significantly. You will also have experience in managing a team, forecasting, and working towards financial targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as experience in working with a CRM system. This is a hybrid role with some time spent in the office and at the charity's specialist centre.
