**Job Title:** Teaching Assistant - Primary School Support

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Oxford. The successful candidate will provide support to a Year 6 class, working closely with the teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience working in a primary school or with school-aged children, with a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification desirable. Previous SEND experience is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide support to the teacher in delivering lessons and activities
  • Work effectively with other members of staff in the classroom and throughout the school
  • Support students and encourage their progression
  • Comply with the school's policies and implement them effectively
