Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide one-on-one and group support for students with special educational needs (SEN) in a renowned SEN school in Oxford.
About the Role: The successful candidate will assist in classroom activities, help manage behavior, and provide personalized learning strategies tailored to each student's unique needs.
Requirements: NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or equivalent, experience working with children with SEN, strong communication and behavior management skills, and a clear DBS check.
