Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Support Role

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support and small group interventions for students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and specific learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions for students with SEN
2. Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies in collaboration with the class teacher and SENCO
3. Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all students are engaged and able to access the curriculum
4. Support students with emotional, social, and behavioural difficulties, using positive reinforcement techniques and promoting independence
5. Help students develop key life skills, including communication, social interaction, and self-care
