SEN Tutor Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one sessions for children outside of mainstream school, developing individualised learning plans, and delivering engaging lessons.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students with Special Educational Needs
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans to meet the needs of each student
- Monitor progress and assess learning outcomes to inform future teaching
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support for students
- Understanding of Special Educational Needs and experience working with children with SEN needs
- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple sessions and priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students with SEN
- Competitive hourly rate of £20-£30
- Part-time hours with flexible scheduling to suit your needs
