Job Title: SEN Tutor
We are seeking an experienced SEN Tutor to join our team at Ackerman Pierce. As an SEN Tutor, you will work closely with children who have a range of additional complex needs, providing one-to-one tutoring and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver differentiated National Curriculum core subjects to students with complex needs
- Work with students who have SEMH, ASD, EBSA, and other associated complex needs
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to support students
- Work face-to-face within the community or family home
Requirements:
- Background teaching in English, Maths, or SEN classes
- QTS status (or equivalent) or unqualified with two years' experience teaching NC core subjects
- Experience working with SEMH, ASD, EBD, and associated complex needs
- Two years' previous experience working within a UK school
