Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Leading a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Mentoring and coaching sales staff to improve their skills and performance
  • Audit deal presentations and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Exceeding monthly sales targets

To be considered, you must have:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and analytical skills
