Job Description

The Head of Product Sales will lead the product development process from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, and production to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

The Commercial Leader will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. This includes building and managing a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve sales targets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in product development and sales leadership roles within the apparel industry.
