About the Job

We are looking for a Clinical Healthcare Practitioner Skills Validator to assess Senior Healthcare Support Workers' knowledge, skills, and behaviour through end-point assessments.

This role involves participating in regular training and standardisation activities, maintaining Continuous Professional Development (CPD), and providing evidence.

  • Follow Pearson's specifications, assessment materials, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Maintain service-level agreements and respond to EPA planning and operational activities.
  • Report risks and issues, including suspected malpractice/maladministration.
  • Ensure high-quality EPA reports and assessment evidence.
  • Support appeals from apprentices regarding assessment decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and theatre support worker role, as well as excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

A minimum salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum is offered for this role, commensurate with experience.
