About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's growth strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business accounts and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers at target companies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of proposals and contracts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of sales success in the e-commerce or courier industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year.
