Job Title: Compliance Officer - SHEQ

T&K Associates Ltd is seeking a Compliance Officer - SHEQ to join their team in Coalville.

This is a challenging role that involves working closely with the Senior Management team and process owners to ensure all departments meet ISO standards.

The salary for this role is £31,620 per annum.

As a Compliance Officer - SHEQ, you will be responsible for coordinating with all departments to maintain accreditation portals, reviewing risk and method statements, and completing pre-qualification questionnaires.

A key responsibility of this role is maintaining and reporting accident and incident data. You will also assist in site safety walks, safety alert emails, and one point lessons.

To be successful in this role, you will need good interpersonal skills and familiarity with industry standards of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001. A positive attitude towards work and staff engagement is essential.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, an IOSH Managing Safely certificate, Internal Auditors Certificate, driver's license, and desirable certifications such as NEBOSH National General Certificate or CSCS card.
