Tenancy Administration Officer

We are looking for a skilled Tenancy Administration Officer to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in housing operations and develop your skills in tenancy management, rent collection, and estate maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generic housing operations, preferably within a local authority, and excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be responsible for managing tenancies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:- Administrative tasks associated with tenancy management
- Communicating with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Ensuring compliance with housing regulations and policies
A salary of £22,000 - £27,000 per annum is expected, depending on experience. Please note that this is a temporary position, initially set up for a short-term period. However, it may be extended or become permanent for the right candidate.
