Tenancy Officer Lead

Job Description: As a Housing Officer with i-Jobs, you will play a crucial role in managing tenancies, addressing rent arrears, and ensuring the efficient operation of our services. Your key responsibilities will include creating and amending tenancies, enforcing tenancy agreements, and providing support to tenants. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and producing reports as required.
Requirements: To succeed in this position, you must have a solid understanding of housing laws, regulations, and policies, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be proficient in using housing management software and have previous experience in a similar role. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to challenges and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of £25,500 to £31,500 per annum (based on 37 hours/week and 52 weeks/year), depending on experience. You will also benefit from working with a dynamic team, developing your skills and expertise in housing management.
