Job Summary: Emergency Response Officer

Sellick Partnership Careers is seeking a skilled Emergency Response Officer to join our team. As a Mobile Responder, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to emergency and priority calls from vulnerable and elderly customers.

Your daily duties will include listening patiently to customers' situations, conveying empathy, and dealing with sensitive and emergency situations effectively and efficiently. You will also be required to carry out routine visits to sheltered housing schemes in the absence of the scheme manager.

This role requires essential experience, including possessing an enhanced DBS check, full UK driving license, and access to own vehicle. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to convey a genuine desire to help and support.

Salary: £13.47 - £17.05 per hour.
