We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Welfare Responder in Carmarthenshire.

The role offers a competitive salary of £19,000 - £21,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the opportunity to work on the Connected Support Cymru project under the 'Delivering Excellence' strategic ambition.

As a Community Welfare Responder, you will be responsible for attending emergency calls in Carmarthenshire, providing clinical observations and welfare support to patients/service users. You will be working closely with the Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust (WAST) to deliver high-quality urgent care services.

To succeed in this role, you will need a full driving licence, a willingness to donate your spare time to attend emergency calls, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

You will be trained and equipped to respond to a wide range of situations, from medical emergencies to social welfare needs. Your skills and expertise will make a significant contribution to the well-being of individuals and communities in Carmarthenshire.
