The Aviation Safety Academy provides training across our entire portfolio of courses via an open schedule. As a Senior Account Manager, you will work closely with clients to identify the best solution for their needs and manage their Key Accounts and personal Territory to grow revenues and long-term opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow Key Accounts and personal Territory to achieve sales targets
- Lead the Academy team on key initiatives such as driving Partner Plus sales and Key Account development
- Work with Marketing on targeted campaigns to drive the schedule
- Ensure all enquiries are managed through our CRM system
- Work with consultants and Product team to respond to client enquiries with the most appropriate training solution
- Minimum of 2 years' successful sales experience
- Experience in a consultative sales environment
- Prior sales team leadership experience is preferable but not essential
