About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Sissinghurst Castle Garden. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious food from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard, using our 'National Trust Cookbook' as a guide.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Assist with deliveries and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
