We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious food from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using our 'National Trust Cookbook' as a guide
- Measure and mix ingredients to ensure high-quality dishes
- Assist with deliveries and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
