We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Sissinghurst Castle Garden. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious food from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using the National Trust Cookbook framework
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure high-quality dishes
- Assist with deliveries and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
