We are seeking a skilled and organized Governance Professional to support our Board of Directors, Executive Team, and Local Academy Committees. The successful candidate will provide full governance compliance with DfE guidance, including policies, website, due diligence, and other legal matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing governance compliance with DfE guidance
  • Supporting the Board of Directors, Executive Team, and Local Academy Committees
  • Fulfilling all aspects of the role of Governance Professional

Requirements include:

  • Level 3 Governance qualification or willingness to undertake
  • High-level IT skills, including proficiency with Word and Sharepoint
  • Good communication and networking skills

This is a permanent part-time role, 8 hours a week, 40 weeks per year. The successful candidate will be flexible and able to travel to various locations in the North Cotswolds.

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and safer recruitment online checks. We take up references prior to interview and all appointments are subject to a police check in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
