The Role

As a seasoned technologist and leader, you will drive the adoption of cloud technologies in complex enterprise environments. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the intricacies of cloud migration, hybrid hosting, and integration scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement enterprise-level cloud strategies, ensuring seamless integration with traditional platforms.
  • Design and build cloud roadmaps, implementation strategies, and transformation plans that deliver business value, security, agility, and efficiency.
  • Provide impartial assessments of cloud strategies and vendor technology proposals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of profitable Cloud and Defence Consulting practices, leveraging your expertise to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maximize the use of knowledge and experience, sharing best practices and coaching others.
  • Establish strong client relationships, understanding their business challenges and identifying opportunities for KPMG to deliver value.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise-level technology strategies, with a strong understanding of cloud technologies.
  • Expertise in cloud architecture, hybrid hosting, and integration scenarios, with a focus on delivering business value and security.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional platform delivery approaches, technologies, and operating models, as well as a thorough appreciation of major cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, and AWS).
  • Ability to manage technical reviews and assessments of cloud strategies, roadmaps, cloud data models, cloud integration, and cloud migration tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others in a diverse culture.

Location:

The role may be based at any of our UK offices, with an expectation of being on-site for a couple of days a week, or on client site. Significant travel within the UK may be required.
