About the Role

We are looking for a strategic thinker to develop, implement, and support the testing of IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure that Teleperformance UK + SA can continue to operate in the event of an outage or other disruption.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Drive change through innovation and best practices while maintaining commercial awareness for overall cost management and spend control.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and security of IT infrastructure.
  • Budget Management: Manage the System IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems and associated infrastructure.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates and recommendations.
