About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare and Risk Consultant to join our team in Farnborough. As a key member of our Healthcare and Risk Consulting team, you will be responsible for providing expert consulting advice to clients and developing long-term relationships to enhance service delivery and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure renewal and retention of existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert consulting advice to clients on healthcare and risk management strategies.
  • Work in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and compliance with Aon UK Limited policies.
  • Conduct independent pricing and claims analysis specific to the healthcare market.
Requirements
  • Experience within the Health and Benefits sector is essential.
  • Strong technical expertise required in large corporate healthcare market.
  • Ability to interpret data sets and conduct independent pricing/claims analysis specific to the healthcare market.
  • A commercial mind, supported by effective planning of pipeline opportunities.
