The CRM Executive will be responsible for implementing and executing the day-to-day CRM activities, delivering highly targeted CRM campaigns, and improving customer communications across all touch points. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, ability to work autonomously, and attention to detail to ensure all communications are of high quality and highly effective.

  • Collaboration with Design and Content Teams
  • Email AB Testing and Optimization
  • CRM Campaign Reporting and Analytics
  • Integration with Wider Marketing Team
  • Testing and Optimisation
  • CRM Strategy and Process Development
  • Customer Data Platform Development
  • Research and Introduction of New Customer Communication Platforms
Requirements:
  • 2 years in a CRM related role
  • Self-starter with a positive and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously and off own initiative if required
  • Strong analytical skills to enable identification and continued optimisation of campaigns to deliver maximum ROI
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure all communications are of high quality and highly effective
  • Ability to work closely with design and content teams to deliver highly effective, customer focussed, and data driven
