CRM Executive
"}About the RoleThe CRM Executive will be responsible for implementing and executing the day-to-day CRM activities, delivering highly targeted CRM campaigns, and improving customer communications across all touch points. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, ability to work autonomously, and attention to detail to ensure all communications are of high quality and highly effective.

- CRM Campaigns
- Collaboration with Design and Content Teams
- Email AB Testing and Optimization
- CRM Campaign Reporting and Analytics
- Integration with Wider Marketing Team
- Testing and Optimisation
- CRM Strategy and Process Development
- Customer Data Platform Development
- Research and Introduction of New Customer Communication Platforms
- 2 years in a CRM related role
- Self-starter with a positive and proactive mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and off own initiative if required
- Strong analytical skills to enable identification and continued optimisation of campaigns to deliver maximum ROI
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all communications are of high quality and highly effective
- Ability to work closely with design and content teams to deliver highly effective, customer focussed, and data driven
