The Contracts Manager will play a critical role in shaping our business success, overseeing the entire life cycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing various agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Commercial Governance: ensuring effective governance in line with our policies and procedures.
  • Contract Management: overseeing contract negotiations and execution.
  • Customer Relations: maintaining and building positive business relationships with customers.
  • Bids and Proposals: contributing to the commercial aspects of bids and draft terms and conditions.
  • Team Leadership: supporting less experienced team members with their career development.

We're looking for a confident and organized individual with strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach. You'll need experience with US Federal Acquisition FARS/DFARS and UK MOD DEFONs, knowledge of UK, Europe and US Export regulations, and experience with contract management software - Cobblestones would be great. A valid driving license and eligibility to live and work in the UK are also required.
