We are a dynamic construction company based in Cheltenham, seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
  • Financial Management: Monitor construction budgets and track expenses.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing.
  • Project Cost Review: Review and update project costs as construction work progresses.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
