Service Manager for Adults with Learning Disabilities

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced manager to lead the development and delivery of our outreach service for adults with learning disabilities in South Camden. The successful candidate will be committed to working in collaboration with service users to maximize independence, self-confidence, and integration in the community.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a leadership role in our outreach service. As Service Manager, you will be responsible for working with service users, families, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality services that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage with service users.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver services that maximize independence and integration.
- Build and maintain relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the service is delivered in line with Centre 404's values and policies.
