Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Partnerships Officer to join our team at Ashby Jenkins Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a corporate partnerships programme, managing relationships with new and existing partners, and arranging talks, employee fundraising, and other employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a corporate partnerships strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations
  • Manage and coordinate events, talks, and other activities to engage corporate partners and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the corporate landscape and market trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £31,000 - £33,500
  • A permanent, full-time contract with a hybrid work arrangement (1-2 days per week in office)
