Job Information

Based in Cumbria, UK, this Civils Package Manager role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

As a key member of our team at Altrad Babcock, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of packages of work, coordinating subcontractors, and working closely with consortium partners and internal colleagues to ensure contractual obligations are met.

We are seeking an experienced individual with a track record of delivering large packages of work, ideally in the nuclear sector. You will be a great communicator who can inspire colleagues, teams, partners, and subcontractors to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of packages of work
  • Coordinate subcontractors
  • Work with consortium partners and internal colleagues
  • Maintain contractual obligations to quality, schedule, and cost
  • Ensure world-class QHSE standards

Requirements:

  • HNC/HND or degree in Construction or Engineering-related field
  • Proven experience in civils project management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Able to influence and shape ideas
  • Familiarity with nuclear industry regulations
