Job Description

Vida Education is seeking a highly skilled Education Behaviour Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive learning environment by managing pupil behaviour and providing academic support.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement among students.
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored teaching activities and support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and accidents, reporting them to senior management as required.

Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
