Aspire Capital is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and implementation of effective training and development programs.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering training programs that drive business results and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization as a whole.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas where training is needed.
- Design and implement training interventions that address specific skills gaps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads and division managers to determine training requirements.
- Counsel employees on career growth opportunities through company training programs.
- Develop classroom curricula and other training materials to support organizational requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Training, Organizational Development or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training delivery, consulting, and program management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
