About the Role

We're seeking motivated Sales Agents with experience in call centre/customer service environments to join our UK team. As a Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products, meeting and exceeding individual and company targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products
  • Meet and exceed individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance
  • Provide exceptional customer service, giving customers peace of mind knowing their loved ones are protected
Requirements

We're looking for individuals with:

  • Experience working within a sales role or customer service environment, preferably in a call centre
  • A competitive starting salary of £27,500 to £30,000, with the ability to increase with tenure to £40,000 plus OTE £60,000 to £85,000
  • Exceptional training, giving you all the tools to succeed throughout your NFS career
  • Option of hybrid working (dependent on results and length of service)
