We are expanding in the UK and seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team full-time and step into management.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team as a Recruitment Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business development and client relationship management
  • Researching the local marketplace
  • Attending networking events
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Managing the interview to offer process
  • Assisting with company marketing and social media
  • Meeting team-based and individual targets
  • Performing other tasks as required

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and respond promptly to client needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to build a successful career with a growing company
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
