Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Staff-Net as a Recruitment Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through effective client relationship management, market research, and candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Sources and interviews candidates, managing the interview-to-offer process.
  • Assists with company marketing and social media efforts to promote our services and attract new clients.
  • Meets team-based and individual targets, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and respond promptly to client needs, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex recruitment solutions to clients and candidates.
