Role: Cover Supervisor

Location: Comprehensive secondary school in Dover area

Daily Rate: £90 and £100 depending on experience

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Cover Supervisor for a comprehensive secondary school in the Dover area to play a vital role in nurturing the next generation. This is a full-time ongoing position.

The Role:
  1. Supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher
  2. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively across various subjects and year groups
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  4. Manage classroom behaviour and uphold school policies
  5. Provide support and guidance to students as needed
Requirements:
  1. Strong communication skills
  2. Ability to adapt quickly to varying classroom environments
  3. Previous experience as a cover supervisor within a classroom setting is desirable but not essential
  4. Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  5. CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  6. Legal right to work in the UK
