Clinical Team Leader Opportunity at Cygnet Hospital Ealing

Cygnet Hospital Ealing is seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the development of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake regular care audits to ensure high-quality care
  • Provide clinical leadership and coaching for the development of services
  • Maintain excellence through clinical practice development and quality improvement
  • Be responsible for a planned programme of support across your area of focus
  • Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge and promote nursing

Requirements:

  • At least two years' experience as an RMN/RNLD
  • The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
  • A commitment to patient recovery in order to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk
