We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Ealing. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regular care audits to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in care delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and healthcare regulations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years' experience as an RMN or RNLD
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
