Clinical Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Ealing. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regular care audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Develop and implement clinical practice development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care plans
  • Administer medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years' experience as an RMN or RNLD
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
