About the Role:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is currently looking for a junior technical support specialist to join our team in the Midlands. As a junior technical support specialist, you will play a key role in providing technical assistance and guidance to customers who utilize our waste processing equipment. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, answering customer inquiries, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Successful candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of mechanical engineering concepts, and experience working with hydraulics. Additionally, a valid UK driving license is essential for this role, as travel to different sites may be required.

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical resolutions

Requirements:
* Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles

Salary Details:
* Salary: £32,000-£35,000 per annum
